ALK Properties, LLC is a privately-owned company for  the purpose of investing in real estate holdings. It is our goal to  provide high yield returns through the acquisition of undervalued assets  by improving their performance through operational and physical  improvements. Our disciplined approach to specific markets, thorough due  diligence, and conservative underwriting allows our company to provide  anticipated returns to our investors. And principal has experience in several  facets of the real  estate industry. Over the past 12 years he has been  involved in  acquisition, management, property improvement, and  disposition of  assets. In addition to real estate he has over 20 years'  experience as a business owner in the construction  industry.
